Property Protection Guarantee
We treat your home like it is our own. Floor runners and protective coverings are used in all work and traffic areas. Any property damaged by our team during the course of work will be repaired, replaced, or compensated to your satisfaction. We carry current general liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance on every job.
Zero Worries Guarantee
If a system or piece of equipment we installed fails to heat or cool your home within the first year, we will diagnose the issue within 48 hours and fix it at no charge, including parts and labor. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will send you a check for $1,001 for your inconvenience and discomfort.
Complete Comfort Guarantee
If your newly installed system cannot maintain the temperature set on your thermostat within the first year, we will make unlimited return visits to resolve the issue. If we are still unable to meet manufacturer design specifications for your home, we will replace the system at no cost to you.

Installation Date Guarantee
We will show up and begin your installation on the date we promised. If we fail to start on the agreed date, we will send you a check for $1,001 for your time and inconvenience. Scheduling commitments are not suggestions at Five Star. They are obligations.
No Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor in your newly installed air conditioner fails within the first five years, we will install a complete new condensing unit. If the heat exchanger in your newly installed furnace fails within the first ten years, we will install a new furnace. Equipment failures of that magnitude should not become your financial burden.

Investment Guarantee
We guarantee that every system we install will perform as designed and as represented to you during the sales process. If the system does not perform as stated, we will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue. If we cannot make it perform as promised, we will remove the system and return your full investment.

Utility Savings Guarantee
A properly sized and installed system should meaningfully reduce your utility bills. If your new system does not deliver at least 30% savings on your heating and cooling costs during the first year, we will pay you double the difference of the savings not realized.

Apples-to-Apples Guarantee
We are confident in our pricing because we are confident in what we provide. If you find a competitor offering a true equivalent replacement with the same equipment, warranties, installation procedures, and guarantees for a lower price than what we charged, we will match that price and send you a check for $2,001 for the inconvenience.
